Ashoka - Paneer Makhani Tofu
Ashoka Paneer Makhani (Tofu) is a ready-to-heat interpretation of the classic North Indian paneer makhani, made with firm tofu as a plant-forward alternative to paneer. The dish features cubes of tofu simmered in a smooth, tomato-forward makhani sauce that balances mild spices with a gently sweet, tangy finish and a creamy mouthfeel. The sauce is designed to deliver the familiar, comforting flavors of makhani while allowing the tofu to absorb and showcase the gravy’s spices and richness. This product is intended as a convenient main-course option that pairs well with steamed basmati rice, naan, roti, or can be used as part of a larger meal.
How to use: For stovetop heating, pour the contents into a saucepan and warm gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (about 4–6 minutes). For microwave heating, transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and heat on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot throughout. Serve immediately with rice or bread. Refrigerate any opened portion promptly and consume within 48 hours; do not refreeze after opening.
