How to use: Add Annam Biryani Flavour to the cooking liquid or oil during the tempering stage or when layering rice and meat for dum. A typical guideline is to use about one teaspoon per cup of uncooked rice or one to two teaspoons per 500 grams of meat, adjusting to taste. For best aroma, mix the flavour into a small amount of warm water, oil or yogurt before adding, or sprinkle a little over the assembled biryani before sealing and resting the pot for 10–15 minutes to allow the fragrance to infuse.
